Review | Lush Cinders Bath Bomb

The first product from the Lush Christmas Collection I am going to be reviewing is one of my all time favourites. It is the Cinders Bath Bomb. I think, in total, I purchased about 15 of these last year – and I will probably do the same this year! It is one of their smaller bath bombs but it still packs a punch.

DSC_0030Cinders is made from cinnamon leaf oil, almond essential oil, sweet orange oil and popping candy. Cinnamon is one of my favourite smells and it really comes through. The sweet orange oil adds a nice sweetness to the bath bomb, even if you aren’t keen on the smell of cinnamon I still recommend giving it a wiff – technical term – because it may just surprise you.

The popping candy adds a fun element to this bath bomb. I am sure when this first came out they advertised it as sounding like a crackling fire, which it does! I took a picture of it half way through dissolving as I was surprised to see more popping candy inside. I think it looks like a coral in this picture.

All in all, Cinders is still my favourite product from Lush’s Christmas collection. I will probably be picking up a few more from my local store tomorrow when I pop in to buy some products from the Halloween line before they all disappear.

Cinders is priced at £2.50 and is available here.
